1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Get Recommendor's plugin and API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Get Recommendor provides a machine-learning recommendation engine for WooCommerce stores. The service operates via a WordPress plugin that communicates with our central API to analyze catalog data and generate recommendations.
3. Data Usage & Privacy
To provide recommendations, we sync your store's product catalog (including IDs, names, categories, and tags) and order history. We do not sync or store customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII). All behavioral data collected is aggregated and anonymized. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Get Recommendor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
